The Women's Leadership Summit is a game-changing event for AAPI Women in Real Estate and is a satellite event JUST before SARECon 2023. Like SARECon, we will be hosting our event just down the street so if you are planning to go, this is the perfect plan for you! Our hands-on workshop style program is designed to help you unlearn old perspectives of self and embrace new powerful ways of leading. From effective networking to negotiation, we'll help you hone in everyday skills that are crucial for success. Our mission is for every woman who attends SARECon or ANY conference, board meeting, etc to leave with a newfound confidence, empowerment, and clarity of purpose. As AAPI women we believe we have unique challenges and perspectives - so if you are one and you have never attended an event where your diversity shines - we are here just for you.
As this is an intimate style event we are limiting our tickets to only 20 people. At this time we are welcoming only Women identifying people.
About this summit:
We will be renting out a large Airbnb (location TBD) where we will stay together Thusday and Friday night. Guests may choose to stay OR find accomodations for themselves but we highly suggest staying at the Airbnb if available as a choice for you.
Once tickets are purchased, we will be sending out a detailed agenda including participants in case you want to coordinate rides. If you are coming from out of town, the closest airport will be John Wayne Airport (SNA).

About Your Hosts:
SARE Ladies, Anita Wong: SARE Ladies, or Subtle Asian Real Estate: Ladies seeks to address the successes and failures of the Real Estate and Diversity landscape. We are a community created by AAPI millennials working to educate, inspire, motivate, and empower immigrant communities to pursue investments and careers in Real Estate.
Lotus Rising, Michelle Wong: Michelle Wong is a mental health advocate and real estate investor who transitioned from her tech career to pursue purpose-driven investing. Through a variety of real estate vehicles including flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and syndications, Michelle and her husband have built a portfolio that provides them lifestyle freedom and supports their passion projects. Their latest endeavor, Lotus Rising, involves the creation of a wellness retreat in Oahu, Hawaii, which is centered around mental health.
