SARE ladies is a community for AAPI Women in Real Estate the sister brand of Subtle Asian Real Estate, a thriving community of over 21,000 + AAPI investors from across the country. Our goal as a community made by and for AAPI women is to address both the successes and failtures of the real estate and diversity landscape.
Our mission is to empower women from immigrant communities and give them the right vehicles to allow them to pursue investments and careers in the Real Estate industry. Through education, community, and actionable tools, we strive to see more women that look like us succeed as investors in this field. Unlike many organiations in industry, SARE Ladies uniquely discusses the cultural challenges faced by AAPI and immigrant communities and how our heritage effects the way we do business.

Our Story:
SARE Ladies sprouted from a heavy heart of depair as I watched our communty members suffer violence in the very streets I called home. I have a unsettling memory of sitting at my desk searching for weapons for my elderly parents which marked a stark realization of just how backwards our world has become. In that pivotal moment, I felt a deep pull to support my community - a call answered by Tiffany, someone who was thousands of miles away on the opposite coast share the same connection. Together we shaped SARE Ladies to what it has become today, a safe space for our community in industry. Thank you to all the support from SARE Leadership for supporting our vision.

As a 1st generation Chinese-American and daughter of a refugee, my heritage has without a doubt forged my work ethic, resilience, and ambition. Growing up behind restaurants and learning my ABCs next to the liquor store refridgerators, I saw entrepreneurship and struggle up close. As I grew up, earned degrees in Architecture and Business from USC and CCA, I learned to forge my way into being a seasoned Accredited Real Estate investor and Bay Area Investor-Friendly Broker. My passion is to get more money in the hands of women and allow them the agency to live the lives they desire.

HEY I’M TIFFANY!

I’m a 1st gen ABC (American Born Chinese) born and raised in New York City. Both my parents tried their best (anyway) to instill in me a scrappy work ethic and grit with the end goal of securing a high salaried full-time job, which in most Asian families’ minds is the pinnacle of personal and financial success.
After graduating from NYU, I climbed the corporate ranks as a digital advertising executive before finally making the leap to real estate sales in 2013. Then in 2017, I became a professional poker player, making two World Series of Poker Final Tables in 2017 and 2021.
In addition to co-hosting the SARE Ladies podcast with my favorite Tiger Mom in Training Anita - I also perform standup comedy all around NYC and am an active TikTok content creator (one of my silly videos actually went viral!).

SARE Ladies is an empowering community of supportive women who uplift each other. As a middle-aged Filipino immigrant who became a mother at a young age, I have always dreamed of someday owning multiple real estate investment properties but I lacked the self-confidence and knowledge to get started. During my first event at SARECon, the SARE Ladies Breakfast, I initially felt shy and intimidated, so I sat alone in a corner. Fortunately, a fellow attendee, who I didn't know at the time, approached me, introduced me to the remarkable and confident women in the room, and made me feel worthy of being among them. It turns out that woman was Hoa Nguyen from Blacksteel Investment Group, an incredible investor with over 6000 units in her real estate portfolio. SARE Ladies has boosted my confidence to take the next step and has provided me with a supportive community to rely on for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend SARE Ladies to anyone seeking a successful career in real estate

In an industry that’s been long dominated by men- SARE ladies focuses on supporting women and creating an inclusive space for women to learn and network through small group calls, mentorships, and in-person real estate trips.
As a first-generation daughter of a single mother- I have experienced firsthand the strength and tenacity of women. In order to create an opportunity for the American dream, she started and continues to work in a meat processing factory in rural Kansas. I am not only building generational wealth for myself but for everything that she sacrificed for me to be where I am. The support that I’ve received through the peers I’ve met through SARE Ladies is what has enabled me to confidently build my real estate portfolio.
