Lisa Song Sutton is a multifaceted real estate investor, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist. With a foundation in business litigation from her time at a top Las Vegas law firm, Lisa has launched and scaled multiple companies across various industries, achieving millions in revenue. As the daughter of a USAF Vietnam War Veteran, she advocates for the veteran community and serves as a General Partner of The Veteran Fund, a $20M venture capital fund for veteran-led companies. Brenda Chen, Conventus Lending

Brenda Chen, based in San Francisco, is the Managing Director at Conventus Lending, a nationwide lender to real estate investors, and has overseen over $5.5 billion in funded real estate projects. She founded the SF Bay Real Estate Club in 2018, which now has over 1,400 members, and hosts the Real Estate InvestHer Bay Area chapter. In 2020, she launched Venus Ventures, investing in technology and real estate development in California, while also supporting charities and creating Venus Rising, a global personal development platform for women.
Paul Peebles, Old Capital Lending

Paul Peebles is a skilled real estate financing arranger with over 30 years of experience, who has closed over $8 billion in transactions. As the National Underwriter at Old Capital, he handles all deals, leveraging his extensive relationships with capital sources such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and regional banks to provide clients with a competitive advantage. His expertise in the capital markets and deal-making skills make him an invaluable asset to clients also known as "The Godfather in Lending".
